Will I be charged customs and import taxes?
Please note, international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination country. You will be responsible for the outstanding charges and we do not currently cover this cost. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to us, you wil be liable for the additional fees charged for return and re-delivery. We strongly recommend you to check with your local authorities prior to placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Please allow 1-2 working days for order fulfillment. Order during dale/ promotions/ holiday/restock periods may take longer due to high volume. Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address the order was placed under. You may also sign in your Rayonner account to track your order(s).
Can you deliver to a PO box address?
All our orders require a signature for delivery. Therefore, we are unable to deliver to PO box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses.
