Our Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy begins on the day the order is delivered.
Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.
You may simply login your account to begin the return process. Or contact us if you have any question.
*Please note that there will be a HK$88 charges if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.

How much is the return shipping fee?
Free returns are accepted from Hong Kong and Macao orders.
As a growing business, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns service for international orders.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt to the original payment method, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
Your credit card company may take 3-7 working days to credit your account.
